一、职位概要 / Position Summary

统筹管理公司柔印食品包装产品在海外区域（澳洲/欧洲/东南亚）的销售工作，制定并执行销售策略，带领团队完成业绩目标，维护并拓展大客户关系，推动品牌国际化增长。汇报对象：海外销售中心总监。

Oversees sales of flexographic food packaging products in overseas regions (Australia/Europe/Southeast Asia), formulates and executes sales strategies, leads team to achieve targets, maintains and expands key account relationships, and drives international brand growth. Reports to: Director of Overseas Sales Center.

二、主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

销售目标：制定区域年度/季度销售计划，分解目标，监控执行，确保业绩达成。

客户管理：主导大客户开发、谈判与签约；维护现有客户，挖掘增量机会，提升客户满意度。

团队管理：组建、培训、考核区域销售团队，协调跨部门资源（技术、生产、物流）保障交付。

市场情报：跟踪区域政策法规（如食品接触材料标准）、竞品动态，为产品定价及研发提供建议。

风险管控：管理应收账款，识别贸易/汇率风险，确保合规经营与资金安全。

Sales Targets: Develop annual/quarterly regional sales plans, decompose targets, monitor execution, and ensure goal achievement.

Customer Management: Lead key account development, negotiation, and contracting; maintain existing accounts, explore growth opportunities, and enhance satisfaction.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate regional sales team; coordinate cross-functional resources (technical, production, logistics) to ensure delivery.

Market Intelligence: Track regional regulations (e.g., food contact material standards) and competitor activities; provide inputs for pricing and R&D.

Risk Control: Manage accounts receivable, identify trade/exchange rate risks, ensure compliance and capital security.

三、任职资格 / Qualifications

基本条件 / Basic Requirements

本科及以上学历，国际贸易、英语、市场营销等相关专业。

英语六级及以上，可作为工作语言进行商务沟通。

Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, English, Marketing, or related fields.

CET-6 or above, with English as a working language for business communication.

工作经验 / Experience

5-10年外贸客户服务经验，其中至少3年团队管理经验。

必须具有食品纸包装行业经验，熟悉柔印工艺及应用需求。

有成功开发海外大客户并达成长期合作的案例。

5-10 yearsof foreign trade customer service experience, with at least3 years in team management.

Must have food paper packaging industry experience, familiar with flexo technology and customer needs.

Proven track record in developing overseas key accounts and securing long-term partnerships.

Outstanding business negotiation skills, familiar with international trade practices and Incoterms.

具有澳洲、欧洲或东南亚区域工作/生活经验，熟悉当地商业文化。

具备柔印设备、版材或食品包装印刷技术背景。

掌握第二外语（德语、法语、西班牙语、日语等）。

有跨国公司或大型包装企业海外销售管理经验。

Work/living experience in Australia, Europe, or Southeast Asia, familiar with local business culture.

Technical background in flexo equipment, plates, or food packaging printing.

Second foreign language (German, French, Spanish, Japanese, etc.).

Overseas sales management experience in MNCs or large packaging companies.
